Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21st, brings us an annual treat: the Quahog Festival and Arts Festival down at Burr’s Hill Park. On Sunday, after you’ve eaten all the fried seafood you possibly can and checked out all the local art, stroll around downtown Warren and check out some mad sidewalk sales (complete with snacks, lemonade, and let’s not forget: AC!).
