Burr’s Hill offers a variety of sports and recreation with a beautiful view of the water and direct access to the town beach and the East Bay Bike Path. Lots of open space surrounds the band shell, making it a perfect place to picnic, hear live music, or watch movies.
Warren’s working waterfront is one of the oldest in New England. With over 16 miles of shoreline, marine-based industries and recreation play a key role in Warren’s history and present. The Town manages the shoreline and the activities there through its Harbormaster and the Harbor Management Commission. The Town of Warren currently maintains an extensive waiting list for spaces at Town Wharf.
The George Hail Library, as a member of the Ocean State Library Consorium and also a Library of Rhode Island member, gives any resident of Rhode Island a library card regardless of age. Come and visit–and see what’s new at your library!
